PAUL EDWARDS is a student at The Actor's Studio Drama School where he is working towards his M.F.A. in Directing. He graduated with a B.F.A in Acting and Directing from Southeast Missouri State University and also studied at The Neighborhood Playhouse School for Acting. He won the best picture prize (suspense/ drama) from the Faultline Film Festival for his self-written film, Clean Up.
Regionally, Paul has worked as an actor with such companies as Citilites Theatre Company, ACT. INC., St. Louis Shakespeare, StrayDog Theatre and Onsite Theatre Company. Favorite roles include Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Scoop Rosenbaum in The Heidi Chronicles, Sir Andrew Agucheek in Twelfth Night, Rosencrantz in Hamlet and YoYo in Psycho Beach Party.
Since relocating to New York City, he worked as the assistant director to Deep Love: A Ghostly Rock Opera at the New York Musical Festival and he's interning with Cry Havoc Theatre Company.
Paul is directing Craig Donnelly's play, Brian and Adam, with the Broadway Bound Theatre Festival. Recently, he also directed four plays with The Actor's Studio Repertory Season.
